The company, which was previously engaged in the import of souvenirs and glassware, is today one of the leading companies in the world, especially thanks to the vacuum bags it produces called “Magic Saver Bags”.

The Company continues its activities both locally and internationally in different fields with its KIOS and EGEMEN brands.

The company, which continues its investments to be with companies around the world thanks to its distinguished sales and marketing department, is now making a name for itself in the American market thanks to the warehouse established in Chicago.

Thanks to its outstanding sales and marketing team, it is now well known in both national and international chain markets, especially in the sale of vacuum bags, as well as many products such as kitchenware, household goods, glassware.

Vacuum bags produced with the best quality materials and the latest technology are offered in 4 different sizes and 5 different types in an area of 7.500 m2.

The figures clearly show that the company has reached an annual production capacity of 32.000.000 vacuum bags and responds to the needs of the shopping world in 83 countries and 6 continents.

Egemen Group Code of Ethics and Ethical Values

The Ethics Committee at Egemen Group consists of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Manager and Human Resources Manager.

All Egemen Group management and employees are obliged to comply with the Ethical Principles and Rules stated in this document and to report any non-compliance of other employees with the said Principles and Rules to the Ethics Committee.

Egemen Group management and employees shall first communicate the problem to the person(s) who they believe to have acted in violation of the Ethical Principles and Rules stated in this document and seek reconciliation and solution. In case a compromise cannot be reached, any of the relevant parties may first contact the department manager, and if they cannot get a solution from there, they may contact the Ethics Committee and request information, opinion or support.

Persons who are not satisfied with the above-mentioned initiatives may apply to the Ethics Committee in writing. Written complaints regarding violations of Ethical Principles and Rules will be reviewed and finalized by the Ethics Committee. If necessary, the Chairperson of the Ethics Committee will refer the matter to the Disciplinary Board for consideration. The Disciplinary Board will put it on the agenda at the first meeting.
